Driver Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all drivers providing services through SaddleUp.
1. Driver Conduct
Drivers must operate professionally, follow all traffic laws, and treat passengers with courtesy and respect.
2. Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicles must meet SaddleUp’s safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards.
- Routine inspections and maintenance are required.
3. Confidentiality
Drivers must protect passenger information and never share trip details, personal data, or contact information outside of SaddleUp operations.
4. Substance and Alcohol Policy
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination.
5. Earnings and Taxes
Drivers are independent contractors responsible for tracking income and paying applicable taxes. SaddleUp does not withhold tax on behalf of drivers.
6. Termination
SaddleUp reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a driver account for policy violations, misconduct, or unsafe behavior.
