2. Reservations

• When booking a ride or concierge service, you agree to provide accurate information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel rides due to safety, weather, or availability.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed before confirmation. Taxes and fees may apply. Payment methods are securely processed at the time of booking or upon service completion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a fee. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.

5. Limitation of Liability

SaddleUp is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, weather, or third-party actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs are the property of SaddleUp LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
